Yes, Israeli food is considered healthy. Israelis eat mainly a Mediterranean diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, olive oil, legumes, grains, and fish. But like many modern countries today, Israel is home to a wide range of other cuisines from around the world, including unhealthy food. Fresh produce is essential in the Israeli diet, as well as plenty of spices!
