Is hummus fattening or good for you?

I'm going n a diet and want to find out if I would still be able to eat hummus and else weight?

When consumed in moderation hummus is healthy weight-loss food. Hummus has a low Glyociemic load (GI) which means it stabilises the blood sugar levels. It will help to give you more energy while reducing sugar cravings. Hummus also provides a variety of nutrients and minerals, and because it is plant-based you can also use it as part of a vegetarian or vegan diet.
