Where exactly did Jesus walk on water?
Asked 3 years ago
I know that the Sea of Galilee lies between Israel and the heights of Golan, but where did Jesus go when he walked on water? I would really like to visit the exact spot where the miracle of walking on water transpired. Does anyone know?

Jesus was in Bethsaida (modern-day el-Arajor or e-Tel on the northeastern shore). He sent his disciples back to the "other side of the lake," the western shore ( Matthew 14:22-36). John tells us they were heading for Capernaum. Then a storm arose, and Jesus walked out onto the water from Bethsaida. He encountered the disciple's boat, calmed the storm and they continued to Capernaum.
