Did Jesus fish in the Sea of Galilee?
Asked 3 years ago
I was looking at some Christian artwork the other day, and it looked Jesus was helping the men catch fish in the Lake of Genesareth. If so, what fish did he catch? Did he only eat fish or other meat as well? Thanks!

Jesus spent time with his disciples who were fishermen on the Lake of Genesareth (Sea of Galilee), but He was a carpenter. The Gospel of Luke tells us how Jesus performed the fishing miracle, but it was his disciples that were fishing. Jesus went with the disciples on their boat (miracle of the calming of the storm) but he was not a fisherman.
