Both titles were used to refer to Jesus Christ in the Bible. Son of God affirms the divinity of Jesus while Son of man refers to his humanity. Please note that the first letter in the "Son of man" is in capital letter. There is a difference between Son of man and son of man. Often times, when the Bible refers to Jesus, it uses capital letter.
