What is a Cenacle of prayer?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi, I actually had no idea that one gets different types of prayers until I was researching the last supper and discovered the cenacle, and then there was mention of a Cenacle prayer. What sets it apart from other prayers?

The Cenacle is the Room of the Last Supper, where Jesus ate with his Apostles. The Catholic Cenacle of prayer describes a small faith group that comes together to pray and study scripture. It usually includes an invocation to the Holy Spirit; recitation of the Holy Rosary; Bible reads and contemplation.
