New covenant: Did Jeremiah speak about Jesus?

If so, what did the prophet have to say about Jesus?

The New Covenant is the idea that if you accept Christ into your life God will grant you redemption. This concept is based on Jeremiah 31:31-34. Jeremiah does not mention Jesus by name but he does prophesize the coming of Christ. He also said that in the future people will have the law of God written on their hearts, not on stone. And Jesus Christ fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah.
