What book of the Bible tells of Jesus' birth?

The Gospel according to Saint Matthew and Luke gives the account of the birth of Jesus Christ. Matthew 1:18-25 and Luke 2:1-7 gives the account of Jesus birth. However, only Luke offers the details of Jesus birth in Bethlehem. No book in the Bible mentioned the date Jesus Christ was born.
