Are there any religious Christians here? I'm wondering if you could tell what the gifts during Christmas symbolize and where the tradition came from.

To Christians, gift-giving during Christmas symbolises the tributes made by the Three Wide Men to the baby Jesus after his birth. It is one of the Christmas traditions that is practised by Christians all around the world.
