Fresh flowers and herbs from the hills of Nazareth are combined into an aromatic, indulgent soap with a smooth, frothy lather. Young local mom and artisan Tereza of Tereza Handmade Soap, based in the fertile valleys of Galilee, has created these treats especially for us, and takes pride in her craft, making these refreshing, invigorating gifts.
A Surprise From a Holy Tree
Handmade olive wood ornaments have been carefully made for you and your family to enjoy, each with individual charm. Carver Jamil Hosh, based in Bethlehem, honors a tradition that goes back to the fifteenth century. Trees are grown for 150 years before carving, and “No two pieces (of olive branch) are the same”, he says. The olive branch also has plenty of religious significance to us as we know, from the bible, that the olive branch is a sign of hope and peace.
