There are no living things in the Dead Sea - hence the name! The 33.7% salt concentration in the water means that no fish, plants, or other life forms can survive in the Dead Sea. However, scientists have found a microbe called Haloferax volcanii that has survived for thousands of years in the Dead Sea.
