Holy land: What is the new name of Galilee?

The region called Galilee did not have its name changed, it is still called Galilee. There are no records of Israel renaming Galilee. The sea of Galilee on the other hand is also called Lake Tiberias, Kinneret or Kinnereth. It could get confusing if the two gets mixed up.
