I'm wondering if there are any rules about the sabbath and which days they should be helo in the bible? What will happen if you break the sabbath?

The main rule of the sabbath is to "keep the Sabbath day holy". During Jesus ministry, it was clear that the jews found it difficult to interpret this law as they constantly got into disagreements with Jesus Christ on his interpretation of this law.
Originally, the sabbath is a day of rest. God worked six days and rested on the seventh day. The sabbath day was on the seventh day of the week. However, on March 8, 321, Roman Emperor Constantine issued a decree making Sunday a day of rest. Many Christians felt the need to obey constituted authority on this matter, and this moved their day of rest (sabbath) from Saturday to Sunday.
I think that whatever the laws in your region, what matters is that you set aside a day to rest and renew your faith, whether Saturday, Sunday or Friday (if you live in an Islamic nation)
