What book of the Bible should a child read first?

I want to introduce my son to the bible and start doing bible studies with him. Where do I start?

I think the book of Mark will be a good place to start with a child because of its simplicity. It is short, straight to the point, and enjoyable. There is also the Acts of the Apostles which talk about the work of the apostles. Apart from reading, make sure you teach your kids about God's love for them as soon as possible.
