In Acts 10:24-33, we read how Peter met the Roman centurion Cornelius in the city of Caesarea. Cornelius was a God-fearing gentile. An angel told him to send men to Jaffa to fetch Peter. On arrival in Caesarea, Peter told Cornelius and his family of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit came on all those who heard Peter, and the gentiles were baptized.
