According to the Bible, was Jehoiachin, the King of Judah, a good king?

According to the bible, (in the books of second kings and second chronicles), Jehoiachin followed the example of his father, Jehoiakim, and sinned against the Lord. The Babylonian army besieged Israel during Jehoiachin's reign and he was taken to Babylonia as a prisoner by King Nebuchadnezzar.
