I would say the Ramot Ranch. It is located above Moshav Ramot and on the southern slopes of the Golan Heights. They open every day of the week from 8 am to 6 pm. You can book a one hour ride, there are always staff on the ground to explain, demonstrate, help you mount your hhorseorse and check whether you are comfortable before you go on your horse riding tour. There are very interesting places to tour, whether you prefer valleys, mountain ridges, riverbanks etc. You may also want to check their website to read more and learn more about them before making your final decision.
