Who made the first depiction of Jesus?

Asked 3 years ago

I read that there was a painting of Jesus's face discovered at the ruined desert city, Shivta. It made me wonder if anyone knows who made the first-ever painting of Jesus? Is the at Shivta the first depiction?

The earliest depiction of Jesus that has been uncovered dates back to 240-256 AD. In the first image, Jesus had short hair. These images were later replaced with Byzantine images of Jesus with long hair as we know it today. The first know picture is of Jesus as the shepherd.
